Honorable Abdulmumin Jibrin was last week removed by the leadership of the House as the Chairman, Committee on Apropriation.He immediately reacted to his removal with a shocking exposé, accusing House of Reps speaker, Dogara of attempting to pad N30bn into the 2016 controversial budget.

The House spokesman said Jibrin has not formally petitioned the House
and relevant anti-graft agencies with evidence backing his allegations
against the Speaker, but instead engaged in media campaign since his
removal.
He went on to say it is against the rule of the House to engage in media campaign against its leadership.
He noted that he has the option of writing a petition to the House, attached with his evidence.
“Alternatively, he said he could write to the EFCC or ICPC for investigation. These agencies he said have powers to arrest and prosecute.
He chided his actions saying his media campaign is running down the house and he would be dealt with decisively when they resume back in September.
He then submitted by described the actions of Jibrin as crude,native and unrefined.
