Chelsea ‘line up £25million transfer bid Monaco’s Geoffrey Kondogbia’

Chelsea are reportedly weighing up a potential transfer for Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.
The France international, whose contract does not expire until 2018, has been at the heart of a Monaco team which sits third in Ligue 1.
Kondogbia, 22, has been heavily linked with a move to Premier League rivals Arsenal, but Jose Mourinho is eyeing a summer bid, according to reports.
It is thought the Blues would have to spend in excess of £25million to bring Kondogbia to Stamford Bridge.
