Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is said to be eager
to offload full-back Jose Enrique this summer, as he looks to make a
clear out at Anfield at the end of the season, as reported by The Mirror.
The 29-year-old has had a nightmarish time this campaign, making just four league appearances all season in an injury-hit campaign.
Enrique’s last Premier League appearance came back in January, playing just 20 minutes in Liverpool’s 2-0 away win at Aston Villa.
In those four league appearances this term, Enrique has created two chances, averaged four defensive actions-per-game and made one defensive error.
